This is a 360-degree role where you are expected to support and amplify the CEO/COO capacities by operationally managing the company goals / priorities / special strategic projects, and making sure our organization and our communication promote creativity, collaboration and performance.
You will be involved in a wide array of tasks requiring you to interact with all departments internally and a great variety of people outside the organization.
We closed a SeriesA round in January 2022 and the position includes preparing SeriesB round.

Fundraising [30%]
★ You will contribute to fundraising operations
★ You will more specifically take care of the coming Series B organization, by coordinating resources, producing needed contents, tracking progresses
Performance & Organization
★ You will support the COO set company targets & track progresses
★ You will make sure, for key projects, that a proper ownership is in place and targets are understood.
You bring your support in building reports / dashboards to keep a clear track of the most important initiatives
★ You will suggest remediations in order to fight coordination-related inefficiencies of projects
★ You will suggest the best way to organize ComEx / CoDir / Managers / Employees meetings (attendees, frequency, length, support material…)
★ You will handle important meetings
° by structuring the agenda in advance & coordinating with speakers / attendees to ensure the topics are prepared
° by ensuring COO & CEO has an up-to-date information from every function
° by sharing notes, and tracking follow-up action items
★ You will continuously look for
° improving the company’s organization and reporting structure
° maintaining our excellent collaboration environment
° installing a system and culture that facilitates effective decision-making and shared infos
Strategic & operational project management
★ You will collect data, analyze current situations & markets, do recommendations, and implement with internal and external stakeholders
★ You will work on Company processes optimization, in reviewing current situation review, implementation & monitoring new processes, organizing the knowledge management, finding the automation / organizational tools
Communication
★ You will contribute to team alignment by identifying holes in communication by attending specifics meetings
★ You will improve internal communication guidelines (what message in which channel),
and implement relevant, effective and highly scalable processes accordingly
★ You will be formatting information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, PPT presentations, reports) & support the CEO/COO in building impactful and insightful presentations
★ You will act as the communication arm for the CEO/COO when needed
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with the COO and regular meetings with the CEO, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is shared exchange moment, focused on your development.
